Dalovi connects to the controllers already in your production hall and shows output, stops and their causes live, for every machine, in one place.
A Dalovi Edge gateway sits next to each machine. It reads from the machine network, and sends out over your WiFi. It is the only link between the two.
Counters, machine states and alarms already live in the PLC and HMI. Dalovi uses what is there.
Reads the machine every minute. Keeps weeks of data if the connection drops and sends it later, nothing lost.
Encrypted, outgoing-only connection to our servers in Amsterdam. Stores the history and calculates OEE, downtime and reliability.
Live dashboards in the browser and mobile app, alerts, and an open API so your ERP, maintenance system, MES or BI can use the data.
Every machine type speaks its own language. In the integration project we learn it: which counters, states and alarms matter, and where they live. From then on, growing is simple. A new machine next year? We prepare a Dalovi Edge for it, ready to plug in, and it joins your plant overview the day it arrives.
And we stay on board: updates, new dashboards and support for every connected machine.
The numbers differ for every line, so here is one real example: a bagging machine that needs to make about 600 bags an hour. Every minute it stops, 10 bags are not made, and the next step in the line waits too. Each bag not made is about €1 of lost revenue.
You can't win back minutes you can't see. Dalovi shows exactly which stops cost the most, so you know where to start.
At the end of the shift, the operator panel showed 384 parts. That's the number that went into the report.
The machine had made 799. Halfway through the shift the day counter had been reset, and the morning's 415 parts were gone from the screen, and from the report.
Dalovi reads the machine every minute and keeps its own count, so it caught the reset. 799 = 415 + 384, exact to the piece.
Dalovi is built by M&F Tech Services. Since 2017 we troubleshoot, maintain, optimise and commission production equipment in food, pharma, chemical and process plants, after five years working inside the process industry ourselves. On every site we saw the same gap: machines full of valuable data, and plants still steering on shift sheets and gut feeling.
The options were either too big, a full MES project, or too closed, one machine builder's own portal. So we built the piece that was missing: Dalovi.
Connecting production machines is a security question first. Dalovi keeps the machine network closed, opens nothing on your side, and keeps your data in the Netherlands. And it measures machines, not people.
Dashboards are the start, not the end. Your existing management tools can connect to Dalovi and use the collected machine data, so planning, maintenance and finance work from what the machines actually did.
If your machine shares data over the network, we can usually connect it. Every new machine type starts with a short check, so you know what is possible before you commit.
Every plant is different, so we quote for your situation. The structure is always the same, so you know exactly what it costs to add the next machine.
Tell us which machines you have. We check what can be connected and show you a live demo dashboard.
